If i go to cabo san lucas is the surf good there? what are the beaches like?

i might go to cabo san lucas next summer and i want to know if the surf is good there and how are the ebaches like there?

The surf is the best at Costa Azul beach which is located in San Jose del Cabo 20 minutes from Cabo, closer to the airport.   There are several surf shops in the area for lessons and for rentals.  You can surf off of Zippers, or Palmilla.  The best time to surf is when the weather is rough, which is summer and the winter storms.   Here are the surf shop websites.  There is also big tony's on the beach but he doesn't have a website

I have been to cabo 4 times, im not a surfer but i have seen many people surfing there, there beaches are awsome.

Surfing is great, the best beach is called Costa Azul it's in San Jose which is really close to Cabo, or another great place to surf is Divorce beach which is a boat ride away from Cabos San Lucas marina. Or you can check out other beaches that are on the pacific side, they are a bit dangerous but great to surf in.

Dont you worry.... There is outstanding surf in the Cabo Area... Some spots are better than other... try Salsipuedes Beach... The beaches are very nice.. Its where the Desert meets the Pacific Ocean in a delicous way.

I went there on a Cruise a couple of years ago.  The tides are treacherous there and they have designated swim areas.  The rips are bad and people are known to drown there.  The waves were not great either.  Water temps were nice.  Snorkeling was OK.
