  1. YOU GO GET DRUNK IN MEXICO AND CROSS BACK ON FOOT,,,  YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL AND WORSE IF YOU'RE A MINOR.

         IF YOU GO GET DRUNK AND YOUR A PASSANGER IN A CAR AND THE DRIVER IS SOBBER,,,  YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THEN CAUSE THEY CAN'T TOUCH YOU!!!!!!!  JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID PASSPORT AND  BE SAFE!!!!!!!


  2. The laws apply when you get to the states bro, if your military its even worse.  Try not to stumble across, have someone be the designated driver, that way you don't get messed with, there are military at the gates now.

  3. Drunk is drunk. If you're driving and get caught you go to jail. Walking, you could get arrested for public drunkeness.
