  1. There abortions are not free, they range from $300 to $900 dollars, sometime even more. Make sure you think twice before getting an abortion some people may not have kids after they have an abortion, it is one of the long term side effects. If you are pregnant talk to your parents or someone you trust before you decide.

  2. Please think about what you are considering. Abortions can cause permanent damage both physically and emotionally. Many who have an abortion never get over the guilt of killing their own child.

  3. NO it is not free prices vary on your income and trimester. I had a friend who paid $350 back in HS (2002) for a abortion at planned parenthood. Some County hospitals do it for a lot  less but it would be a whole day ordeal. At our County Hospital it is $50

  4. No, they are not free. And speaking from experience, PLEASE don't do it! I have had to have lots of therapy to get over the one I had, and I still think about my baby everyday. There are lots of loving people out there who would love to adopt your baby if you are unable to care for it. Good luck.

  5. Where I'm from planned parenthood places help with adoptions they don't do abortions but in any case abortion is against the law in the state of South Carolina. But in any case nothing is free

  6. No there not free. the cost depends on how far along you are when its done.

  7. No, abortions are not free.

How much does a surgical abortion cost?

In 2001, the average charge for a surgical abortion at 10 weeks’ gestation was $468; but since most abortions in the United States are performed at low-cost clinics, women on average paid $372 for the procedure.

How much does a medical abortion cost? In 2001, the average charge for a medical abortion was $487.

Information about the cost of a medication abortion should be obtained directly from the provider. The cost of medication abortion varies significantly by location (state or city), type of facility (hospital, clinic, or private office), and stage of pregnancy. Medication abortion generally involves two or three office visits, testing, exams, and the medication. The cost of medication abortion is highly variable and ranges from $300 to $600.

The cost of a medication abortion may be covered, in whole or in part, by an insurance carrier or health plan. Further, in certain states Medicaid funding may be available. Many facilities also offer reduced (or waved) fees for low-income women and students.

The price for abortion depends on stage of pregnancy, where you live, whether or not insurance covers it, if your insurance covers all or part, if your state has state Medicaid for low-income people, etc. First trimester abortions cost about $300 - $600. Second trimester, $500 - $5000.

Some clinics will allow payment plans. Ask when you call to make the appointment. Also ask about the full cost because sometimes there are added costs in addition to a flat fee.

I answered your question and all... but i dont believe you should be posting this under pregnancy, lots of women are going to leave you nasty answers. personally i dont believe in abortion

  8. NO it is not free but you can apply for emergency medicaid at the PP office to pay for the procedure if you qualify. Just inquire about it.

    Good Luck

  9. No abortions are not free, but you may be able to get financial assistance depending on your situation.

The cost for an abortion will vary depending on if you go to a private doctor (more expensive) or a clinic like Planned Parenthood.  Contact Planned Parenthood for more information.

  10. Nope, they aren't free. You will have to pay based on how far along you are.

  11. No they aren't and I really don't see why anyone would think that somebody else should pay for a "mistake" another made and now doesn't want.  That doesn't seem fair at all.

  12. No they still cost the life of your child and your emotional well-being.

  13. You need to work on your priorities. You're old enough and mature enough to have s*x, but not to have a baby? Abortions are just legal murders and should not even be an option unless your health is at risk, which, considering you're going to Planned Parenthood, it is not. Grow up a little and realize that you are a mother now and should do the motherly thing and deliver that child. If you really aren't cut out for parenthood, try adoption. The baby gets to live and you can get on with your life with a clear conscience. Did you know by the second month of pregnancy, that is 8 weeks, the baby has a heartbeat and moves? Please don't stop a heartbeat,... do the right thing Mom.

  14. No they are not free... But please think of the choice you may make.

  15. No, the price you pay is based off of your income. In Minnesota, the cost of the procedure starts at $650.00 and goes up according to you salary.
