not sure but probably not as they have to have some kind of record of payment i.e. a check you cashed

Just go to a store that handles a high volume of tickets or big store that does.  I think it's around $600 (don't know exact) before you don't get cash........ I know $500 is o.k., just from any dealer that has it.....
