If i got 3 A's and 1 B on my report card..and a C on my final exam..what should my final grade be?

Ok theres many ways to calculate.  I dont know the percentage of your final exam was to your grade it is like usually worth 2 or 3 assignments

So Id figure....

A=4.0

B=3.0

C=2.0

4.0 TIMES 3=12.0

3.0 TIMES 1=3.0

2.0 X 2 (EXAMPLE) 4.0

SO 19.0 DIVIDED BY 6

3.1 SO ABOUT A B-

IF IT WAS 3 GRADES ID SAY...

21 DIVIDED BY 7 = 3.0  APPROXIMATELY B-

On your report card?  Are you asking about your final grade in that class or your overall GPA.  But depending on your course hours your semester GPA should prob be like a 3.2~3.4, but that's contingent upon a lot of things.  Talk to your professor, or high school teacher since it's a report card.
