If i got an in-dash for my car, could i still wire up the buttons on my stearing wheel to it??

I have a 2001 honda accord sedan & it has that big 6 cd player in it and since it was already that big i was just gonna buy an in dash, but i like the volume control on my stearing wheel...

It all depends on what kind of a deck you buy, but the parts/installation labor get expensive when hooking that up, if you don't do it yourself.
