If i got discharged from the army and was given an re enlistment code of 4 how would i get it changed to a 3

    Haven't seen or heard of one being changed in 40 years

    of doing Service work...

  3. To add to what RED said, the Army National Guard will take you with a waiver on a RE-4. Unless you were discharge Other Than Honorable (OTH). If you were discharged OTH, the National Guard will not take you either.

  4. The only way your RE code will be changed is if it was given in error.  Were you wrongly or unjustly given an RE 4?  If you can't get it changed then you will not be able to enlist in any branch of the service except for the Army National Guard.  The ARNG waives RE 4's on a case-by-case basis.
