On line, craft stores or go to a bouquet and see if they will let you buy some space in their store.

I would go to

1. Whole tradeshows where there are buyers.  Also, for start-up, would keep costs down by having a very specific Niche.  

2.  Craft fairs (if your line fits this venue)

3.  Ebay  

4.  Fund raisers boutiques. Many non profits have fund raisers where there are booths where people can buy stuff and part of the money goes to "the cause".
