  1. im pretty sure you can go to a vet and get the male nutered

  2. you would let them be in a room or something and let them do their thing

  3. u cant get them to breed they choose their own mates like humans if he likes her the will make a twist and mate but they wont really do it in day light or with anyone around

  4. its a lot of reding up on things there is a lot of good wedsit out there . . the best way to know the s*x of ur snake is getting it prob thats the only way to know

  5. First, looking at the tail is not an accurate way to tell the s*x of a snake regardless of what anyone tells you. If it was that easy, why would people go to the trouble of popping and probing snakes? I have seen experts look at the tail and get it wrong.

As one person wisely suggested, you'll need to keep them in separate cages year round. Keep your temperatures perfect. Make sure your female is big enough to breed. I allow the room they're in to cool down and I reduce the length of the day by turning out the lights earlier. I start introducing the male during the first cold front of winter. I'll keep him with a female for a few days and then either give him a break or put him with a new female. If you're successful, your female will lay eggs sometime in the spring. You'll need a nest box. Then you'll need to know about incubation, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. There's alot to breeding snakes and hatching babies, so it's a good idea to read as much as you can since different breeders may have different methods. Good luck!

  6. I had a male ball pyton, and my buddy had a female, they never mated, I don't know, they only mate once a year and it is in the spring, if they are together all the time, they won't mate, and if they aren't together at the right time, well, they won't have babies, snakes are snakes, not like rabbits.. good luck.
