Brain cells contain hydrogen. If your brain contains more hydrogen in the proper combination with the other elements contained in your brain, that would indicate the presence of more brain cells. More brain cells might indicate more intelligence.

A normal brain does not contain any helium. The only way that helium could be present in your brain would be by undertaking some foolish activity. Foolish activity might indicate less intelligence.
