If i had two lawsuits against?

employer and he paid me to drop the cases against him and i did and we signed a contract and my part of the contract was fulfilled can i still sue for the first two and breach of contract

No.  You've already come to an agreement on your grievances.

There's really more information that you would have to include here. Did your employer breach your contract? How?  If you sued him, you may be made to return the money as part of a settlement, and you'd have to prove his wrongdoing in breaching the document.
