The medical exams for pilots do not involve needles, and you do have to see the doc where you basically get a physical. Harmless should not let that stop you.

Exams are easy and dont require needles. Youll only have to get shots if you are flying international.

Dont worry about the medical aspect, as long as you arent on any kind of prescription or illegal drugs then you will probably be able to pass. You can get waivers for just about everything else too.

You will have to visit the doctor atleast once a year, regardless of the profession you choose to pursue.  Blood work, and shots are a part of life.  I suggest you learn to deal with it and SUCK IT UP!
