  1. You do what ever you want. Though if you deside on a rabbit look on Petfinder.com. It's a great site when in the need of a new animal!

  2. It would cost about $30 to ADOPT (please adopt, don't buy!) a rabbit at your local animal shelter/humane society.

    It also depends if you want him/her to live outside or inside. Of course it's better for him/her to live inside, but if not possible outside is fine. Hutch with 2 rooms, 4 times as large as the rabbit is about $80+ for a GOOD one. Cages, maybe 70+. Look on ebay.com for good deals. Then there are TOYS, LITTER FOR LITTER BOX, WATER BOTTLE, FOOD BOWL, PELLET FOOD, APPLE TREE BRANCH, TIMOTHY/ALFAFA HAY, GROOMING BRUSH, NAIL CLIPPER, HARNESS, AND LOTS OF OTHER THINGS!

    The first time you buy stuff, it will cost a lot. Then, you will buy things monthly. Like hay, and food and stuff like that. Also, don't forget the vet bills! If you are going to adopt a rabbit, I would suggest checking out a book from the library talking about how to care for rabbits. Bunnies are awesome pets! Hope I helped!

  3. anyone with 120 dollars should have AT LEAST one rabbit.  it's the only way to

  4. sure, but you may not have enough,

    rabbit = about $50

    cage = about $70

    food = about $10

    water bottle, toys, leash/harness, food bowl = about $20

    also bedding, which i spend $20 on, but it lasts me 2 or 3 months

    save a bit more, you don't want to be tight on money when shopping for him/her

  5. That would be enough money to get everything, including the Bunny but they need lots of care like they need to be playeed with for 2 hours everyday and they live 10 to 20 years.

  6. I have owned a lot of rabbits and no they arent cheap but you can find cheap ones. Look in the newspaper and their should be some. If there isnt then i would wait and look more cause if you go to a reg pet store they are really high and so isnt there pens and everything else. Keep looking in newspapers, ask friends,petfinder, in the farm stores theres some 4 sale, or in the farm stores theres ppl trying to sell them just give them a call. Get a book about rabbits. You can go to walmart, pet stores, feed stores and buy the bowels,food, toys, everything. I have a females rabbit and my dad bought her like 2-4 yrs ago and she was only 10 dollars. Hope i helped =]

  7. the rabbet them self are cheap like 20-35 its the cage and food and things like that that cost a lot. when it comes to the chips that you put on the bottom of the cage,. do not buy that if you have a paper shredder us that shred paper and put it in the the bottom of the cage. It will save you a lot of $$$$$$$

  8. We adopted our bunnies from a bunny rescue. They are usually more expensive because they have been fixed and vetted.

  9. A pet rabbit?  If so, it should be cheap.  Maybe 15 bucks.  The hutch (cage) will cost more.  Rabbits can be house trained like a cat, but are neat to play with.

  10. Have you been saving your money for a pet ?  Do some looking around, and ask yourself also what can you give to a pet in time, space, food, vets, future money and what do you expect in return from the pet?

    Do you want something that will curl up in your lap?  small dog or kitty? (or bunny) or something you can play ball with?  go hiking with? carry in your pocket?

    Do some research, read about what it takes to care for a rabbit as a pet, indoors ? outdoors ?  ask yourself honestly if you can provide all that a pet needs for the many years you and it will spend together
