Like if i have a large catamaran could i grow some weed in international waters and smoke/store it there. If i get my boat registered in the netherlands.

Let me see, drug cartels ship tons of drugs up from S.A., however, they don't set up offshore cocaine manufacturing plants on old tanker ships or set up an offshore floating oil drilling platform for distribution of drugs. Wonder why...oh I know....you get busted. Law of the Sea Treaty among others
