  1. Hopefully learn your lesson with whatever happens.

Most likely lose your license and have to go to some alcohol classes

  2. You will be spending a LOT for insurance...if you can get it.

  3. If you are found guilty of the offenses, then suspension will  be ordered on your license and you will need to have your insurance company file an SR22 for you before you can keep it. If you get the SR22 before you go to court you may be able to avoid the suspension.

You will also have fines to pay and possibly some substance abuse classes will be required.

Because of the tickets and the SR22 requirement your Insurance Company may either increase you rates or non-renew your policy, so you may have to find another insurance company.

An attorney is just going to cost you a lot more money and you'll still have to get the SR22 insurance and pay any fines. All the attorney does is collect more money from you and drag it all out longer, you'll have to pay anyway.

    Take care Good Luck

    General Insurance Agent

  4. Your going to lose your license and get a hefty fine. You better hire a lawyer.
