If i have a flight from the US to Germany and then from Germany to France, which customs do i go through ?

  1. "Transit" in case you go directly to your flight to France

    "Non EU" in case you are leaving the safety area


  2. When I fly to Germany from the US I dont have never been stopped by customs. They may or may not stop you and check you in any airport, just like security in the US airports. When you fly back into the states from Europe you will have to go through the Home Land Security, that is the big one.

    Just dont look the customs people in the face and dont act nervous when you walk past them. You should be fine

  3. If you just change planes in Germany, you will definitely go through customs in France.  I was in Paris in 2006 and they had soldiers patrolling the airport with machine guns....AK47's!  It was scary, for me.  The customs agents were very serious and thorough, too.
