If i have a foodstamp card in washington state can i use it in florida?

you can..however  be aware that your caseworker can see where you have been using your benefits (down to the date, time and location) and may question your residence in their state and possibly report this as a fraud case.

Yes. I had one years ago here in Arizona and I used it in Wisconsin. Food stamp cards are very similar from county to county. If they use the card in Florida then you should have no problem.

I don't think so. Isn't well-fare handled by the state? I'm pretty sure it is. you can try though.

Food Stamps are state funded.  Back when there were paper food stamps,you could.  Now that they are debit like cards you are limited to using them within the state they were issued.
