I have a hard drive with a virus not installed on my PC and one that is installed without a virus if i install the one with the virus could the virus transfer to the uninfected one?

  1. It's probably. Every virus has it's own characteristic given by the creator. So what you can do is to get more info from security website like Symantec, Mcafee and so on about the virus


  2. I am sure that lots of virusus are able to hide in the RAM of a computer... but if you have a virus then why not get a free anti virus that can kill it...?

  3. if the OS is in that drive with no viruses you may be safe, but try not to open any files from infected drive until u clean or format it .

  4. Yes it will I suggest cleaning the other hard disk
