If i have a picture saved and i have a image(background) hoe do i transferr the picture to?

if you have a PC right click on your current background on your desktop, go to the tab that says appearance or desktop, at the bottom of the menu you'll see a button that saids browse, you should be able to browse for the image that you want to add on your desktop background.

if you have a Mac go to System Preference, click on Desktop and Screen Saver,  choose folder where the picture is and save on your computer.
