  1. Yes, I believe so.  As long as it's an actual license and not a permit.


  2. When you say provisional, i'm assuming you're meaning a probationary license.

    Yes, you may drive by yourself in Tx, but only between certain hours of the daytime, after certain hours, you must be accompanied by a licensed driver over the age of 21.
