I mean a day where i stay in and don't move around alot haha.

Yes.  You should wear a bra, especially if you have b*****s, whenever you can.  Try sports bras, they are very comfy.

If your going to be out in public and have breast you should always wear a bra, but it is a matter of personal opinion. That shouldn't cause stretch marks, however.
