  1. No. Suspended license in one State means suspended in all States. If you lie on the application in another State, you will be charged with fraud when you get caught.


  2. I don't believe so because when they run your ss# they will find out that you are suspended in Illinois ad if you happen to get away with it when they do find out you will loose your Kansas license also
