No, they have a special 'add-on' called 'web & walk' for an extra fiver per month with a 1GB cap on usage.

The internet isn't free.  You can pay £1 a day, or £5 for a month's usage, capped at 1GB.  It used to be £7.50 a month, but  they reduced it to bring it in line with 3 UK's price.  It's called Web "n" Walk.
