  1. There is no passport requirement between UK and Ireland

    you need a new visa from ireland,becase ireland not register in shingen( shingen contry : germany,franch,spain,belgium...)

  3. U.K visa is not sufficient to enter Ireland. You need to obtain an Irish visa.
