Not if you are just going there for a holiday!! If you are planning to stay longer than 4 months then yes you do need a visa!!

From Northern Ireland No. You will need to pay a visa exemption fee though. Is around 6 dollars, also beware the airport charges when you return, can be up to 25 dollars. Also take a pen, Have form to fill in before you land.
