It really depends on your subscription plan.  It appears their mobile packages provide this.

But, just remember few things are ever truly free - you probably are paying a high monthly package fee to get those "free" features.  And, don't forget to read the fine print in their Terms and Conditions.

Generally,  no.  Only local calls are free and these calls are no restricted by phone companies.  There are, however, certain plans you can purchase where you pay a fix amount a month for an unlimited number of calls.
