  1. Go to the embassy.  Report all illegal employers at http://wehirealiens.com/

  2. You need to go to the nearest US embassy and fill out a form stating that you had a child outside of the US.  They will give you the proper paperwork to bring him/her back.  If you are a US citizen this will not be a problem.

  3. If you are a US citizen,

    You need to register your baby's birth at the nearest US Embassy...enquire thereat about your baby's passport....If in an emergency, you may be able to obtain a temporary travel document while the actual passport is being processed.

  4. you will need to make birth report outside of the US,if US citizen;

    The birth of a child abroad to U.S. citizen parent(s) should be reported as soon as possible to the nearest American consular office for the purpose of establishing an official record of the child's claim to U.S. citizenship at birth. The official record is in the form of a Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America. This document, referred to as the Consular Report of Birth or FS-240, is considered a basic United States citizenship document. An original FS-240 is furnished to the parent(s) at the time the registration is approved.
