  1. Ghosts may or may not be real.  If they are real, you should do rituals to either help them find peace or (if they are bad ghosts) drive them out.  If they aren't, the rituals aren't going to hurt anything, so why not try them anyway?

My advice, as a simple start, is to take salt and put it in a circle around your bed.  From what I remember about things, salt is a nice protective thing in ritual.  Then at least, you'll be able to get a good nights sleep.

This helped a friend of mine when he was having ghost problems.

If you want to go further, there are other rituals you can practice according to your religious/spiritual belief system.

  2. maybe you are ust paranoid. i wouldnt read too much into it.

  3. Dreaming is dreaming, haunting is different, but it can be hard to tell if you're drowsy. I sleepwalk a little if I'm having a night-terror. By sleepwalk, I mean: Jump out of bed at 100 mph and collide with the closest piece of furniture while screaming or collecting the bugs and showing them to my confused husband until we both realize that I wasn't awake. I'm just a barrel of laughs.

I also get frozen, where I think I'm awake and my surroundings are my bed and bedroom but I can't move and the ghost or demon or monster is RIGHT THERE, usually leaning right over my face and I can't move and I'm too afraid to scream or unable.

I've looked into it and it's a pretty common sensation and completely terrifying. I'd be worried if I was a peaceful sleeper and weird stuff was going on or if it was happening when I knew for sure that I was totally awake.

  4. Does the voice sound familiar? What about the face in the dream, do you know it? Do you have any unresolved issues with loved ones that migt cause guilt or fear for your safety? If none of these things are true than I think your house is haunted.

  5. NO! Duh! get some help

  6. I don't think the house is haunted as such, you are just very sensitive to energies and to spirit.  If you would like to e mail me maybe I can find out a little more for you?

  7. No, I think it's your sub-conscious telling you that you think it's haunted, and just because you think it's haunted doesn't mean it is!Get it? But maybe it actually is-My house is over 100yrs old aswell and my sister and I have seen things fly across the room in front of our own eyes-All windows and doors in the room and house were shut so wind can't have been the cause. We also hear evil laughing, dragging noises and the occasional scream at night. We live in a very isolated cottage with no neighbours within a 2km radius so what can explain that!lol!...until you see something with another witness noone will ever believe you!!

  8. There is no such thing as ghosts. It is simply your fear allowing you to hallucinate.

Nothing to be ashamed of. Just face your fears and you are all good.
