If i have made an item which i sell on ebay and soemone copies it what cheap coppyright can i get to stop this person doing this..

I don't think you have automatic copyright unless it is a verbal or musical piece (eg: book or song).  You need to specifically record your rights with a design patent.

The only right you have is if the people who copied your design then copyright it and try to sue you for using it, you can claim prior use.
