You might be unaware of it, but you do, in fact, have an accent.  I'm going to assume for the sake of convenience, that it is an American accent.

If you have the money to spend, you can always talk to a dialect coach.  You can try living in the region you're trying to pick up the accent from.  You can google "learning a new accent"; that's the best way to avoid any scathing comments you might get from Y!A.

You just need to hang around people that really talk like that. Ones that have the accent that you want. Eventually you will pick it up and it will become a part of you without you even realizing it. It won't happen overnight and will take time but it will happen.

why do you want an accent anyway? but the easiest accent to pretend is brittish. if you learn spanish, you might have an american accent!........but i dont think you can actually force a real accent in your voice.
