  1. I've had a lot of luck fighting a pot belly by cutting out beer, bread and following a strict vegetable diet for a few weeks.

I'm not a vegetarian because I'm a hippy or something, just to lose the weight and for that, it works.  You'll start to notice the difference in a week or so.

  2. hmm to tell you the truth, it all depends on what shape you are and your genes, not all the people get six packs if its not on their genes even if they work really hard for it, it will not just develop, so if you are in a good shape right now and you have those genes, yes, but you might have to do a lot of extra crunches, its not easy to get one. unless you a black male, they got it without working out, its all in your genes buddy.

  3. Not necessarily, but you will have a lot of aches and pains.

  4. They probably will work you hard. I honestly would not risk my own life. You should go to a gym and higher a personal trainer. They will advise you how to work out and what to eat to get where you wanna get. It is easier to get a six pack that shows if you are really skinny. You may even have a six pack but your fat is covering it. So first you gotta lose the weight than build the muscle so it shows. It may take a while but never give up and you will get there.

  5. Maybe you should worry more about getting killed in Iraq. But I would think your belly would be gone. However, you can easily lose it without joining the army. Just run or join a gym, and eat more healthfully.

  6. Okay my boyfriend is currently at basic.

A while back ago i talked to him and he said he hadnt even really lost any weight.

But the other day he said his arms are getting a bit bigger, stomach tighter, and pecks harder.

Thats after about 3 weeks into it. It honestly just depends how hard you work and your body type and genes as others have said. Start working on it now and maybe just maybe u will have a 6 pack by the time u get outta basic
