If i just returned a ticket that i thought i was going to use for my cruise, but didn't...?

the cruise is in 4 days...

I think you are not asking the right people. Contact the company that issued the ticket you returned. Good luck.

No you can't get it back.  Unless there are still cabins left available, you will have to get a brand new cabin, you cannot add someone to your cabin or "party".  I went through the same thing, although not with 4 days notice, I had a month where there happened to be ONE cabin left so I had to book that for just one personm because they couldn't be added to my "party".
