If i keep lifting heavier weights every month will my arms keep getting bigger?

  1. in order to get bigger, you have to eat a lot as well......try adding 500 calories each day to your daily diet....after a week you would have consumed a total of 3500 calories which equals a pound... remember though...gaining mass is a slow process...you must be patient and dedicated ...BTW you shouldn't increase the weight more than 5 pounds in a month or 2 with a proper diet and protein intake....


  2. Yes. Remember your triceps have more muscle mass than your biceps, so really hit those hard too, in fact do those first.

  7. With proper eating, yes. Expect to slow down here and there as muscle gain is never linear. Its easy to palteau but if you keep the mentality of always going heavier your body has no choice but to grow.
