I try and see that reading bible, saying prayer, studying HTML with CSS and Java script, exercise (workout) and helping others is like boring, useless, hopeless and i feel like i want to give up. My brain say that it’s not important to me. I did try my very best and i am not sure what else i can do to help myself.

How to get my brain to think that reading bible, saying prayer, studying HTML with CSS and Java script, exercise (workout) and helping others are as important to me and something worth paying attention to? THIS MUST BE IMPORTANT TO ME!

How do i keep repeating all the powerful question over night before i sleep and morning will my brain has the answer to the question? I am not sure what question to ask?

In psychology, if you tell yourself that something is boring, then it will be; whether it actually is or not.  The reverse is also true, if you tell yourself that you are enjoying something, then it will be; whether it is actually enjoyable or not.  Your subconscious knows no negatives.  If you tell yourself, "Do not think of this as boring," then what your subconscious understands is, "Do think of this as boring."  Thus, your subconscious sets out to do what it thinks it has been told and what you are doing becomes boring.

Psychology aside, the devil is always trying to discourage you from the things that you should do.  The devil is impulsive and doesn't believe in the word, "should."  The devil tries to convince you that anything you "should" be doing is something that is boring.  The devil says you'd be happier doing what you "want" to do.  The devil says that which you "want" to do is more fun than that which you "should" do.  That is his first tactic -- and he is correct.  The whole thing revolves around you telling yourself that you "should" do this or that.  Instead, use your reason to decide that those things which you "should" do are actually the things which you "want" to do and that those things *are* fun."  Make them fun!

    EDIT:

On the flip side, anything can become boring if you do it to excess or to the point of frustration.  Also, distractions can prevent continuity of thought, which is required in any learning situation -- such as Bible research (not just reading, but actually studying) and learning computer programming (I am a computer programmer, too).  So, be sure to give yourself a quiet and comfortable area in which to work.  Then, don't work at it so long that it becomes tiring or stressful.  Take planned breaks -- but not so frequently that the breaks, themselves, become distractions.  In the case of Bible study, be sure to begin with prayer and, in addition to asking for the Holy Spirit to give you discernment, also ask for peace of mind and a shield from the distractions of the devil.  Then, pray periodically throughout your Bible study if your peace of mind begins to waver.

    God bless.
