If i lie on my back and put my hands on my face, my right arm gets sore and strained after a while?

The right arm gets sore before my left does. Is this a medical condition and most important, which muscles/tendons/nerves am I using when I put my hands in this position?

For Pete's sake - how long does it take you to get to sleep worrying about this?  Just change positions if there is any discomfort!  If you can't figure out what muscles you're using & you are right there on the scene - I wonder how we should know?
