If i liked hunter thompson who else should i read?

i loved all the work by thompson i could find. i like his dark and twisted style of writting and how he puts the reader in the sceen and they feel the emotions. i think hes a great writer, but anyone know any other books or authors to read?

i would suggest reading "A Clockwork Orange" as well as any Bukowski. He is fantastic!
