If i live in wisconsin and want to buy a windmill to poduce energy efficient electrity where should i buy one?

I'm looking for one that can fit in an average sized yard and is semi-cheap.

Dude, go back to school learn how to read and write-then get a job. Don't worry about windmills.  I'm sure Wisconsin has a power company you can buy your electricity from.  Throw away all your Al Gore and Michael Moore videos too......finally--chill out and enjoy life....
