Not necessarily but the national hurricane center isn't sure of the path she will take.  She isn't projected to even be near Naples until Tuesday morning right now.  That can change pretty quickly so keep an eye on the weather.

They shouldn't I don't know why they would.  If you're talking about that tropical storm or then they probably wont, which is unfortunate for us lol.
