  1. No.

    ROFLMAO....good one tho!

    At last--a sense of humor!

  2. You must be fired or forced to resign without cause, by the employer to qualify for unemployment.  You lose your qualification if you are not able to work, available for work, and looking for work.  Missing work because of Illness, family problems or legal problems, including going to jail or being deported (unless covered by the family medical leave act et al) are not qualifying reasons to quit your job and are usually considered valid causes to terminate your employment.  If you are deported you are not able or available to work.  So you cannot collect unemployment.

  3. Everything that happens is your fault when you choose to break the law. If you come back you go to jail. They arrested 800 illegals this past week for returning.

Until you learn that life is all about making the right choices you are destined to be a failure...of course you will blame others for it.

  4. LOL!

THE BEST QUESTION I HEARD SO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course you can't because you had no right to work in the US.

And the fact that you did was only a privilage for you since you're illegal.

I understand that many consider America a cash cow, but C"MON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  5. Funny, funny, funny.  Thanks for my first really big laugh of the evening.

  6. no.

very few people are deported through no fault of their own.

most are either here illegally, or they came legally and overstayed their visa, or they came legally but make some critical mistakes while here (like felony drug convictions or several dui)

there are some exceptions, but yeah, not too many

  7. If you were framed by your boss, because he found out that you had entered into a fraudulent "greencard" marriage with his underage, runaway, teenaged daughter, and the INS decided that you were indeed, here illegally, and subject to deportation, BUT that you were, otherwise, a fine worker, and had been fired without cause, you just might get unemployment!  (Are you a good worker?)

    =

  8. I am curious on how, after being deported back to wherever, you will still be able to apply and receive unemployment. Hmmm.**

  9. Hahahahahahahahahaha, you are killing me dude. You got to be kidding me. No way Jose!

  10. There must be some valid reason under the law why you were deported so the solution is not to suck more benefits out of the U.S. but rather to find a job in your home country. That is your reward, through legal hard work.

  11. Is this a joke? If you are deported that means you are in the US illegally which makes you a criminal. Of course its your fault. You could be jailed before you are deported, and that will certainly bar you from return for a long time, possibly permanently. Under new regulations an employer of an illegal can be fined a huge amount and jailed, but can win brownie points for reporting illegals.soon there will be rewards for reporting illegals and/or their employers, then watch out!

  12. That's funny, usually people end up in deportation proceedings, through their own fault.

The answer is no you cannot claim unemployment.

  13. You can't be serious. You cannot collect unemployment from a job you weren't even supposed to have in the first place.

  14. the only people who collect unemployment should be the disabled!

  15. "If i loose my job from being deported. can I apply for unemployment through the U.s. ?"  -- No. If you are deported, then you are essentially fired for criminal activity.

"If i get deported it would be no fault of my own ."   -- Wrong! If you get deported, then you did something wrong: illegal border crossing, overstay VISA, or you would be an immigrant who violated some other law. Your deportation is your own fault.

  16. If you get deported, it is your own fault and nobody else's.  You break the law, you deal with the consequences.  Immigration-law violators are not allowed to work -- that's another felony you committed.  Since it is illegal for you to work, you are not eligible for unemployment, even if you lost your job for some other reason than deportation.

Consider yourself lucky that you are only being deported.  You have committed at least two felonies and deserve a stint in prison before you are deported.  If you have been working using false, forged or stolen ID, that's more felonies you have committed.  At least be honest enough to admit you are a felon.

  17. No. It would be your fault if you get deported. You are illegal.
