but i have no fund but the purchase goes through because it is a payment for a electronic good eg ebook how do they collect the money of me does paypal send a letter to my house

depends if you have overdraft on your bank account.if not they cant ,my guess is they will contact you about this,

Doesnt matter what the payment is for, it doesnt get forced through just because it is an electronic item. The transaction will not go through unless Paypal get the money up front. You have to register two accounts, one credit card, so paypal will deduct from that.

If you have managed to get a payment through be really careful they dont nab you for fraud....cost you a lot more in fines than the good ever did!

As a former seller, people who bid for stuff then neglect to pay are big pains in the ***! If you dont intend on paying, dont bid!

If you are signed up for PayPal they will have either your credit card details or your bank account on file and they will deduct it from there
