If i make a bt off local call from 7 pm to 10 pm on and to a bt land line how much will that call cost?

That will depend on which BT tariff you are on, I stopped using BT years ago and my company has tariffs which run in line with the BT ones but much cheaper. On BT 2 & 3 it should be free, on BT 1 I am not certain.
