If i make a clain on my car insureance do i need to show the accident site?

i told my mom it was one place but it was another and i dont want to be found out i just want to get the car fixed

Your insurance company will want to know where the loss took place so they can complete a proper investigation.  If another vehicle was involved, they will want to subrogate against the other carrier to recover what they paid out.
