If i make a cosumer proposal does my debt come off my credit report ?

N o, if in your settlement agreement you ask for a " Pay to Delete " clause in there.  Either asking for that or requesting they put " Paid as Agreed " on your credit report, and getting it signed by someone of authority, will clear this information.

If you mean a settlement..no.  It will only come off if the creditor deletes it once you have paid.
