  2. Not anymore, because that clause of law was abolished in 1983.

    If you are going to get married soon, you could apply to get Italian citizenship after your marriage, but that depends whether you are going to live in Italy or not because, according to the Italian Nationality Law, foreign spouses become eligible to apply for Italian citizenship after six months of residence in Italy, otherwise they will have to wait for three years after their wedding.

  3. If you are White then yes, if not then you both should come to the U.S., it has room until 2050.  

  4. Probably not. You may be able to get a resident permit which would allow you to leagally work there.
