  1. If that agreement is signed and registered by the court...and it says you have rights to visitation.. then he is in contempt of the agreement.

I think judges like parents to make their own agreements, without a fight. The PROBLEM is that the agreement may not be fair to one of you, or you could have been pressured into signing something that violates your rights.  You seriously need a lawyer to explain what your rights and problems may be.  And yes... NO one can afford a lawyer.  A lawyer might cost ten times as much, down the road, if things go to court that are not fair to you now.

  2. get the lawyer back and tell the judge about it he will or he could be in jail for this.

  3. This is strange? Not even a cell phone? I would take a look at your divorce papers and your child custody court decision. IF it states you can see your daughter at certain times and not have to have a chaperone and not only in his house. You can enforce it, even if you ask for a police escort to the house to collect her and deliver her, until he gets into his head you mean business, that you just want some private quality time with her. Unless you are not telling us everything and you have some bad habits or he thinks you may flee, then don't complain and enjoy your time with your daughter until you get straightened up.

Only YOU know the whole story.

  4. file a violation of the court order with the court..that should clear things up
