Since it's the same flavor, yes, but it may be too sweet.  Go for it.

I am guessing not. I tried mixing Bacardi O and orange soda and it didn't go well together. I would go with a different but complementary flavor. like say green apple schnapps and grape soda.

It would be soooo sweet, and there would be a lot of the green apple flavour, too much for me. You should mix it with 7-Up or Sprite then you can still taste the green apple but it isn't over powering, unless you really like it then I am sure it will be yummy.
