  1. If your handicap at the present club is recorded in the GIN handicap system, you will automatically use that at the new club factored by the slope of the new course.


  2. No.  You could and no one would be the wiser more than likely.  But, no, you can't 'lawfully' do that.

  3. only if the course has a diffrent par rating. if not,your registered handicapp still stands
