  1. It depends on why you are moving.  Sometimes, depending on the state you move to, benefits CAN transfer - but it's HIGHLY state specific.


  2. You still get paid but the rate may go up or down depending on the statescost of living.

  3. Well if you move to another state, I need to know if you are still going to the California Plan or the state plan where you at right now? Coz if you are using a california plan then they will still apply the benefit that you are having in California, but all the claims will all be submitted still from your local state and California plan will pay for it. You will just have to notify your insurance that you are moving in to a different state and if you will have coverage from another state. If its PPO then its fine.
