  1. Leave the dish, if its a little one. But Take the card and box.

Get a big dish in Spain, keep your subscription going in the UK.

Don't tell sky that you are moving to spain! and everything will be OK.

  2. Be aware that all Sky digital packages require that you have the phone line connected to the digibox.  They do check on the phone connection - I don't know how often - as the digibox phones them on occasion on a freephone number.  They get upset if the line doesn't report the number - as I found as I have an unlisted number and the digibox wasn't set to enable the number sending before calling.  Obviously they would recognise a non UK number.

  3. You ill probably need a larger dish although one about the same size does work in N France

This site will tell you everything

    http://www.satelliteforcaravans.co.uk/

    Its easy to do

You may be breaking Sky's rules to use your card away from the address its registered to and when they replace it you will have a problem

  4. the further north you go the bigger the dish required, your dish should work fine.if the Chinese , Russians polish etc. can get a card to watch there TV in this country, sky must do the same? give them a phone

  5. There is a good tool at

    http://www.dishpointer.com/

this gives you the size of dish you will need at any location for any satellite, and if you click on the link on the bottom it gives you the estimated size of dish you will need.  It even gives elevation angles and bearing to set up your dish.
