If i moved out of my house would my mother still get my social security survival benefits?

my dad dies 2 years ago and that is why i we get this check if i didnt live with my mother would she still get the check because i want to live out of the state with my gf btw i am a minor

  1. You're a minor, she's your guardian, check goes to her for your support

    Legally you don't have right to move out of her house without her permission

    And you're committing statutory rape living with your GF if she's a minor and if she's Not, she's contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and her parents can be charged also

    STAY with your mom and finish school then join your GF out of state. . . .if it's a true relationship it will survive this short separation

  3. Most likely she would still be getting the check because of the fact that you are a minor,now when you are 18 i do believe that you can inquire about receiving it for yourself. but until the let your mother handle the financial affairs. she knows what best for you.

  4. You can't leave the state as a minor without your Mom's permission!  She can legally have you brought back!  You aren't old enough to do anything for yourself, like register in school, see a Dr., and many other things!
